WHO I AM
My Practice
I graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 2004 with a master's degree in Social Work and have been practicing ever since. I offer a client-centered approach tailored to each individual's unique needs. I have extensive experience in working with people who struggle with PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and more. My therapeutic techniques are EMDR, CBT, DBT, and a Strength-Based approach. I treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground for adults of all ages. I am excited to work with you from the comfort of your own home via live video online therapy services.
